Understanding Your Mattress Purchase
At Mattress Don, we offer premium mattresses at deeply discounted prices through our distribution and inventory network. Because our inventory can include new, overstock, open-box, clearance and other discounted mattresses, return and exchange terms may vary by product.
Before completing your purchase, customers are encouraged to review the condition, price, warranty and applicable return or exchange terms for the specific mattress being purchased.
Discounted & Open-Box Mattresses
All Sales Are Final — Exchange Only
Unless otherwise stated in writing, open-box, clearance, overstock, returned and specially discounted mattresses are final sale and are not eligible for cash refunds or returns.
If a qualifying defect is discovered that is covered under Mattress Don's applicable policy, we may offer an exchange for a comparable mattress, subject to availability and inspection.
Normal wear, comfort preference, improper use, stains, damage, odors, bed frames or foundations that do not properly support the mattress, and other customer-caused conditions are not considered defects.
New Retail Inventory

Certain brand-new mattresses purchased through Mattress Don may have different return, exchange or warranty terms based on the product, manufacturer and applicable sales agreement. Any special terms will be communicated before purchase.
